Payment Method

We offer a variety of trusted payment methods to ensure a smooth and reliable purchasing process.

1.3 Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Where available, customers may choose installment-based payment options such as:

Approval and payment terms are determined by the respective BNPL provider.


1.4 Prepaid Cards & Gift Cards

  • Online-enabled prepaid credit cards are accepted

  • Only Brightsable-issued gift cards may be redeemed on our website


1.5 Payment Methods Not Accepted

We do not accept the following payment types:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Checks or money orders

  • Direct bank transfers (unless explicitly listed at checkout)

  • Cryptocurrency payments

  • Gift cards issued by third-party retailers


2. Transaction Currency

All purchases are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If a non-USD card is used, your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.


3. Payment Authorization & Verification

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized activity, all orders may be subject to verification, including:

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or canceled.


4. When Payment Is Collected

Payment is charged immediately at the time of checkout.
A payment confirmation email is sent once the transaction is successfully processed.

Orders cannot be shipped without verified payment.


5. Failed or Declined Transactions

Payments may be declined for reasons including:

  • Insufficient available funds

  • Incorrect card information

  • Expired card

  • Bank or issuer security restrictions

  • International transaction limitations

If a transaction is declined, you may:

  • Re-enter your payment details

  • Select a different payment method

  • Contact your bank for assistance

Orders are not reserved until payment is successfully completed.


6. Security & Fraud Protection

Brightsable uses industry-standard security measures, including:

  • SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption

  • PCI-DSS–certified payment processors

  • Tokenized payment data (full card numbers are never stored)

  • Automated and manual fraud monitoring


7. Taxes & Additional Fees

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Your financial institution may charge additional fees, such as:

  • International transaction fees

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Processing fees

Brightsable does not apply hidden or undisclosed charges.


8. Refunds for Returned Orders

Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy and are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Bank processing 1–2 business days

Total processing time: up to 5 business days.

If a refund does not appear after 7 business days, please contact your bank or email support@brightsable.com.
If the original card has expired, your bank will redirect the refund to your updated account.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you notice a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Cancellation of existing orders

  • Account suspension

  • Loss of eligibility for future purchases

We provide full documentation to payment processors when resolving disputes.


10. Updating Payment Details

Once an order has been placed, the payment method cannot be modified.

To update payment information, you may:

  • Request a cancellation (if the order is still eligible)

  • Place a new order using the correct payment details
